Following the evolution of warm sabbath stew, this presentation will take participants on the journey of the Jewish people and their various cuisines over the last 2000 years of Jewish history. Participants will learn about different ingredients, cooking techniques, linguistic developments, and historical events which have come to shape Jewish cuisine and culture today.
