Location: Room 134
Our tradition teaches that Shabbat late afternoon is a time of yearning for connection with the Divine. Among many communities it is customary to sing and chant niggunim (wordless melodies) along with contemplative verses from text and liturgy. In this session, we invite you to come and learn new tunes and reclaim old favourites, as we join together in observing the gradual waning of Shabbat light.
No Hebrew is necessary - texts are provided. We will not use musical instruments or recording devices. All you need is your voice and your presence.
